Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Texas. O-Venture is however required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Texas address.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping vis usps priority mail

    Delivery occurs in one to three business days after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
  • Expedited shipping via usps priority express

    Delivery usually occurs in one business day after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

International Shipping

We currently offer two methods of international shipping.

  • Standard shipping vis usps priority mail

    Delivery occurs in six to ten business days after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
  • Expedited shipping via usps priority express

    Delivery usually occurs three to five business days after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Processing Times

Expedited and Overnight Shipping orders are given top priority.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before noon CST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after noon CST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after noon CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.

Returns

Please contact us at wecare@o-venture.com within 30 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund of the item(s) you wish to return. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your credit card unless O-venture has made a mistake in sending the wrong item or the item is defective in some way.

Returns Processing Time

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received by our warehouse. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your account.

Wholesale Policies

  • All orders are subject to a $250 minimum.
  • Credit card and/or pre-payment is required for order.
  • Shipping cost will be added to final invoice.

  • We do not accept returns without authorization

Back Orders

Unless notified, back orders will not be canceled. All back ordered items will be shipped when available.

Damage Claims

We go to great lengths to ensure your order arrives in tact. If your order is damaged in transit, claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
