No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of Texas. O-Venture is however required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Texas address.
We currently offer two shipping methods:
Standard shipping via usps first class mailDelivery usually occurs in three to four business days after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Expedited shipping via usps priority expressDelivery usually occurs in one to two business days after processing. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping orders are given top priority.
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before noon CST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after noon CST will begin processing the next business day.
- Orders placed after noon CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.

You may exchange or return your items for a full fund within 30 days of purchase. We gladly accept items that have not been altered or worn. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your credit card unless O-Venture has made a mistake in sending the wrong item or the item is defective in some way. All returns or exchanges must include our return authorization form and proof of purchase.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned!
Returns Processing Time
Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received by our warehouse. In some cases it can take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your account.
Enjoy a one year warranty on all O-Venture products. We are unable to repair damage caused by normal wear and tear. However, if your recent purchase has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you. Please have your original proof of purchase information.
terms and conditions
- O-Venture sells brick and mortar stores only.
- Minimum order is $250. The is no minimum by color or style.
- Credit card and/or pre-payment is required for order.
- Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping cost will be added to final invoice.
- O-Venture does not allow buyers to resell products via any 3rd party site. This includes Amazon.com, Facebook and Etsy.
- Buyers agree they will not manufacture, purchase, distribute, advertise, promote, display, or sell any key ring that is an imitation or counterfeit of, or otherwise confusingly similar to, any Big O Key Ring while Buyer retains an active account with O-Venture.
Unless notified, back orders will not be canceled. All back ordered items will be shipped when available.
We go to great lengths to ensure your order arrives in tact. If your order is damaged in transit, claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
